1. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, access to study materials, video lectures, live classroom batches, and use of all related digital learning services. By creating an account or purchasing any course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility & Minor Consent

Our educational programs are designed for Class 9, Class 10 (HSLC/SEBA), Class 11, and Class 12 students. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that your registration and any fee payment is made with the express knowledge, consent, and supervision of your parent or lawful legal guardian.

3. Account Security & 2-Device Concurrency Limit

• Personal License: Account access is strictly personal to the registered student and non-transferable.
• 2-Device Concurrency Policy: To protect proprietary lectures and prevent account sharing, students are permitted a maximum of two (2) concurrent active device sessions. If you log in from a 3rd device, the earliest session is automatically invalidated and logged out.
• Security Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and notify our support desk.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• Course Fees: Course fees (such as ₹999 for the HSLC Mathematics Crash Course) are stated clearly prior to enrollment. Fees may be paid online via Razorpay or through verified offline UPI QR transfer.
• Immediate Digital Access: Upon payment verification, complete access to proprietary notes and batch features is unlocked.
• Refunds: All payments are subject to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Course enrollments are non-refundable once digital access is granted, subject only to verified duplicate transaction claims reported within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on BIKIzz Classes—including but not limited to handwritten lecture notes (PDFs), recorded video lectures, live presentations, practice question sets, graphics, curriculum plans, and website layout—are the exclusive intellectual property of BIKIzz Classes and its educators. You may not download, screen-record, redistribute, resell, re-host, publicly display, or share copyrighted course content on Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp, or any other platform without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957, and will lead to immediate permanent termination without refund and legal prosecution.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students and parents agree to maintain a respectful, professional, and courteous demeanor in all live interactive Zoom sessions and community WhatsApp groups.
• Harassment, abusive language, spamming, posting irrelevant promotional materials, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from classroom groups and account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• BIKIzz Classes is an independent tutoring and educational mentorship platform. While we provide rigorous coaching, concept clarity, and exam preparation resources, we do not guarantee specific examination ranks, percentages, or government board results. Student performance depends on individual study commitment.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party hosting, telecommunications outages, or power disruptions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual course fee paid by the student for the relevant academic session.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to your enrollment, course access, or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [JURISDICTION: Kamrup Metropolitan / Guwahati, Assam, India].
